Tryon Solutions, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, is looking for a high energy Channel Sales Executive to join the sales team and drive expansion of our partner network in support of our software sales. We are modernizing the way enterprise software is deployed and through our partner network we are looking to disrupt an industry by developing new and innovative approaches to delivering quality software.  

What You'll Do:

  • Strong ability to create and execute long term Business Development plans with multiple partners and customer base  
  • Ability to create high level relationships, drive new growth (partners) and develop tools and activities to drive Cycle growth  
  • Specify and develop collateral with marketing for channel related materials, presentations, whitepapers, campaigns, and webinars  
  • Work with marketing to create and maintain partner program  
  • Support channel efforts by attending events and trade shows  
  • Give demos, virtual presentations, in-person presentations to potential partners.  
  • Proactively help partners hit their sales goals/milestones  
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and ensure the business projections are achieved  
  • Proactively and regularly follow-up on business opportunities including (but not limited to) requests for quotations, samples, technical support  
  • Follow established procedures for creating product quotes and/or proof of concept (POC) testing in a quick and accurate manner  
  • Prepare weekly updates on development opportunities for management  
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Delivery, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure partners have everything they need to successfully resell
  • Maintain current knowledge of changes and developments in the industry  

What You'll Need:

  • BS in Business or another related field  
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in channel sales management experience  
  • Experience working in the supply chain industry a plus  
  • Proven record of achieving in sales roles  
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, technical and complex buying environment.  
  • Superb presentation, verbal and written communication skills essential  
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and developing metrics  
  • Prior experience writing and editing content  
  • Experience with social media platforms  
  • Understanding of the RFI and RFP process  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook  
  • Knowledge of the Test Automation Industry and the tenets of BDD, CICD a plus  
  • Willing to travel and work outside of normal business hours. May require up to 50% travel.
