The Company has three production facilities two in Galilee, Israel, and one in Roxboro, North Carolina. 

Spuntech is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Customer Relations Professional to join the team at our Roxboro, NC facility. This position is responsible for working with VP Sales and Marketing to provide excellent support of customers on existing customer base and working with new prospects to ensure proper sales support. Additionally, this position supports all Sales Directors in the successful day to day activities of the business.


  • Provide excellent customer service guidance. 
  • Coordinate with Plant Manager, Controller, Planning, Quality and Logistics departments to plan production to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Establish systems, processes and procedures that produce high quality customer service delivery.
  • Align customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance company objectives.
  • Continually assess and lead the improvement of customer service function.
  • Maintain and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Complete a weekly walk through with Account Manager to identify obsolete finished goods, slow movers, expedited items and overruns.
  • Work with Quality Assurance to ensure follow-up on key account issues and complaints.
  • Organize and implement Customer Survey and reconciling feedback.
  • Create action item list from weekly internal sales meetings between US and Israel.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years' experience handling customer relations in a manufacturing environment 
  • Global company experience preferred
  • Experience with manufacturing production lines, product management and logistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills 
  • Ability to develop intimate relationship with customers to understand in depth their needs
  • High integrity and work ethic
  • Computer Literate: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
