What We're Seeking

The Candidate will be a key team member in developing the annual budget, forecast updates, and financial reporting on monthly results.

 

About the Position

  • Support the company's annual budget and financial forecasting activities
  • Provide analysis of P&L, balance sheet, working capital, capital expenditure, and cash flow drivers
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis of all financial and operational performance metrics
  • Develop various models, dashboards and reports to enable financial and operational tracking and improvement including driving and reporting on cost saving initiatives
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools that will integrate with the financial and operational tools used by the company
  • Support VP of Finance with ad hoc requests and preparation of financial analysis for executive team, as requested

 

Credentials

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets and financial models
  • Clear understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow activity and business drivers
  • Organized and able to manage deliverables under tight timelines
  • Strong communications skills to enable collaboration with business partners
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate financial results and performance
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, including modeling and forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (statistical and logical functions, pivot tables, lookup/reference functions, etc.)
