What We're Seeking

Managing a client relationship is one of the most important roles within TKXS.  The more intimately involved we are with our clients' strategies, the more value we can contribute by aligning with their strategy.  The Client Engagement Team serves as the hub of the relationship with our clients, representing the primary point of contact for all key stakeholders.  Furthermore, the Client Engagement Team holds the key to growth with our clients, collecting insight and seeking out opportunities to grow TKXS's support of the client. The Client Engagement Coordinator (CEC) will serve as support across the Client Engagement Team, touching most, if not all, of TKXS's current clients in different capacities from administration to implementation and execution to relationship management.

About the Position

Once a new client relationship has been established, or a new program approved by the client, the CEC serves as the secondary, or in some cases primary, voice of the customer internally.  The AC is accountable for supporting the Client Engagement Manager in (CEM) all client deliverables and must proactively follow-up with all involved parties to ensure that work is completed:

  • On time, within budget and with superior customer service
  • With added value and insight into maximizing marketing opportunities for our clients
  • Serves as the secondary, and in some cases primary, point of contact for assigned client stakeholders
  • Supports clients and CEM by managing and delivering upon ad-hoc requests
  • Works with CEM to discern clients' true needs and consultatively providing clients with what they need, not necessarily what they asked for
  • Conducts research and fact-finding exercises for proposed client work
  • Prepares Concept PowerPoint Presentations, Statements of Work, and assists with creating invoicing schedules
  • Communicates and shares information internally about client activity, needs and satisfaction to keep everyone informed
  • Works with the Solutions Delivery team to ensure on time and within budget delivery of projects
  • Coordinates project changes and enhancements from clients to our Solutions Delivery Team for execution
  • Proactively communicates status updates to Client Engagement Manager and clients via email and phone
  • Attends in-person client meetings; supporting and conducting formal presentations on program performance
  • Prepares client invoicing for CEM approval or direct to the client
  • Monitors account and project budgets to make recommendations to CEM for improvements

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Confidence interacting with levels of decision makers within the client organization, from channel partners to corporate marketing executives
