Noble Oil Services, Inc. is looking for a versatile, accomplished Assistant HR Manager who is employee oriented and results focused. Great opportunity to take on functional responsibilities and duties to support the overall human resources strategy, initiatives and objectives. This is a "roll up your sleeves" role in which you will take initiative to truly understand the importance of all positions in the company. We are seeking an adaptable person who is capable of using discretion, good judgment, project ownership with an excellent attention to detail, and relates to individuals at all levels within the company.


  • Responsible for recruiting process inclusive of sourcing, scheduling, pre-screen, interviewing, background requirements and on-boarding.
  • Responsible for annual AAP requirements.
  • Files all compliance reports to include 5500, Vet 4212, EEO-1, AAP, ACA filing, and CMS disclosure.
  • Create, implement and administer performance management system for the organization.
  • Builds relationships with the managers and employees providing coaching/mentoring, employee relations resolution, employee counseling, arbitrates concerns and difficult interactions between employees.
  • Assists/backs up as needed ADP payroll including overtime tracking and reporting.
  • Assists as needed with benefits administration/open enrollment, FMLA and STD and similar programs.
  • Sources training and developmental opportunities for employees at multiple levels.
  • Updates and maintains job descriptions and pay grades.
  • Interprets and maintains employee handbook, policies, and past practices. Identifies legal requirements. affecting Human Resources, policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Provides data and participate in benchmark surveys.
  • Participates in compliance audits and testing.
  • Assists with management of random drug testing program.
  • Assists with employee events and recognition program.
  • Provides internal/external customer support as needed.
  • Presentations to Company employees at varying levels.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.


  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years related experience, preferably in a management role, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with federal contractor requirements and AAP processes.
  • HR certification preferred
  • Superior customer service
  • Knowledgeable and up to date experience with changing labor laws.
  • Familiarity with ATS software or resume database.
  • Proven record of strong recruiting skills
  • Ability to multi-task, good organization skills, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills to include MS Office suite
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and be role model for professionalism at all times
